This place is hysterical. We stopped in here for a quick beer while waiting for a tram and were somehow talked into joining a loyalty program (well done bar staff!) looking forward to coming back in and using it at some time soon. Cute little unassuming place with the feel of a traditional pub with a facelift, but with a decent range of beers and all the counter meals youd expect..

Quick stop at The Vine when I was early for a nearby appointment. It was 38 degrees and I needed a cool refuge and a drink. The pub is obviously dedicated to gaming, races and pokies, but that didnt bother me. The place was beautifully cool and the wine was only $6 a glass. Despite probably looking out of place the staff were very pleasant to me and even handed out free sausage rolls and poured my wine slightly over the line on the glass. The hum of the gaming machines didnt bother me in the slightest. It was a happy and refreshing half hour here sipping my drink and leafing through the newspaper..

Half bar, half TAB, not a great vibe. Sort of scene you rate if you're keen for a beer and losing a paycheck on the dogs. Menu inconsistent with what is actually on tap. ~ $10.50 per pint.
It's definitely not the best place, but the food is super, super cheap. The portions are large and the staff are friendly. Expect your typical pub grub on steroids. Chicken parma as big as your face, a mountain of fish and chips and super sized wraps..
This place is a winner of you want to punt of the nags from Doomben, drink pots of Carlton Draught and punch durries. I'll probably not return here unless I miss my tram and fancy a pot of draught and watch the footy..
Awesome food!!. I was walking down bridge rd and noticed a sign for $9.90 meals for lunch. I got myself a mini parma. I was surprised to see that there not so mini! Very yummy and well worth it. Mum had the pumpkin pizza and i had to pinch a slice cause it looked amazing. I was right, one of the best pizzas from a pub to date. Do yourself a favour and try for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
