We had the last reservation, The owner come and asked Couple of questions Voila! One of the best Chinese ever had! Closing the restaurant and putting the rest of the chairs on to the table eile we are enjoying the food is the only negative ! Highly recomended.

I had a great experience at Fang as a part of a large group during lunch hours. We had to make a prior reservation for a group of 9 people and were promptly taken to our table as soon as we walked through the door. We chose the family style eating menu and were asked for our dietary preferences. Once this was done, we were bombarded with multiple dishes some of which were sesame chicken, peking chicken bun, soy fish and honey apple shrimp. Every single non-vegetarian dish was really tasty and was devoured within minutes! The vegetarian options on the other hand were limited and were just about fine. The owner came up to us a couple of times to make sure everything was alright with the food and to check if we had a good experience at Fang. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious Chinese meal in the middle of the day..

Fang is owned by the owners of House of Nanking and this one takes reservations which is great. Highly recommended if the owner takes your order you let him order for you, just tell him what you like and you won't be disappointed. Everything was delicious, I just didn't care for the potstickers with mustard sauce..

Not bad but, not great either. Food court chinese is a little better. Pot Stickers were good. Have had better fried rice before. Wouldn't come back. Try something else..

I ordered the steamed seafood pot as an appetizer and it didn't come with clams as the menu advertised. They substituted white fish without even telling me. We left after the first course..

Had the owner order dinner for the table. Meal was fantastic - however I must note the dinner lasted over 1 1/2hrs and the service is chaotic at best. If you have the time and patience - this is a must visit and make sure to roll the dice and ask the owner to order for you..
