Awesome place to be. Absolutely recommend to visit when you are around. I had the chocolate fudge which was remarkably tasty. Bought the chocolate packs as well. Plenty of seating area and nice service. A bit on heavy on the pockets but worth it..

I am a big Ghirardelli chocolate fanatic! Had their chocolate ice cream sundae! Such a delight! The ambience was average! Too rushy in the evening. Centrally located!.

World of chocolates is girardelli, the moment you enter staff will invite us with a warm smile and offer us piece of chocolate for tasting made me felt so impressive . I heard lot about this chocolate shop and tries choclate sundea and a hot chocolate which are both terrific for me. I felt it's a worth visit to have here and I felt bit costly for the ice cream I had. Service :4/5 Taste: 4/5.

Fun place to get dessert if you're visiting. They have delicious shakes! That's what I got and I loved it. Their ice cream and hot fudge is also something not to miss. Ghirardeli makes great ice cream and chocolate. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu..

So we wanted to try out the hot fudge sundae here as we had heard a lot about it. The shop is a chocolate heaven, spacious, great view of market street and generous seating. The sundae was a good portion but didn't deliver as much in taste for me. The cherry on top tasted terribly bitter - probably canned :( We also had the chocolate brownie and hot hazelnut latte. Ordered a double scoop of Espresso Chip and Cookies n Cream. Yum. But it wasn't about the ice cream. It was about the rich dark chocolate hot fudge sauce that solidifies as it makes contact with the cold ice cream and turns it a little gooey, a little chewy. That taste and texture combination is so damn good..

The Pumpkin Spice Caramel minis, oh boy, DELICIOUS. What a smart way to get people to purchase them. This environment is very open and has plenty of seats for those who would like to sit down for a sundae or a drink. They have so many interesting and delicious ice cream flavors. I opted for the Cookie Bits Sundae (Crissy Field - $10.45). The ice cream was silky and unbelievably rich. The Chocolate Chip Cookie crumbles were moist and chewy with a lot of hot fudge beneath it. We also tried the Warm Brownie Sundae ($9.95) and it was so, so, good! The brownie wasn't as warm as I had hoped but the ice cream was delicious and everything worked together perfectly without being insanely sweet. Ghirardeli can't get better... You enter and the whiff of the world's finest chocolate collection hits you... Your mouth starts watering as you look around at their wide variety... I love practically every flavor but above all the dark chocolate and mint and the rasberry flavors.. Above all the shakes and ice creams are phenomenal... Chocolate lovers this is the place to be!!!.

I ordered the strawberry chocolate sundae! It was good but next time k would order something with brownies! The strawberries were also frozen. Very expensive. Order a fine if you want to save money!.
