Been going to Amici's since it opened. A traditional for my son and I whenever we attend Giant's games as restaurant is a half block from the park and on our way from our parking spot. Pizza is good and beer is a plus. Unfortunately over the years the prices have gotten out of hand. For a large pizza and pitcher of beer than we used to pay about $30 per visit we are now paying over $60 including pass thru of SF health insurance charge, tax and tip. A different issue out of Amici's control is that King street is that the sidewalks are filthy and King Street has become a haven for homeless so that much of sidewalk is blocked ..

Not worth the $$$. Pizza is generic & prices are high. Restaurant is noisy...eat at home & cook your own pizza!!!.

Taste.Taste.

Potato gnocchi. The Good: The seasoning isn't an issue, and the price is fair. It's a nice mid-afternoon snack. The Bad: The Potato Gnocchi are quite doughy and are improperly cooked. While the seasoning isn't an issue because it's too strong, it's an issue because there isn't much of it at all. They're very doughy. Rating: 3.7/10 24 Feb, 2011 Amici's (Italian). Amici's, with it's great decor and nice outdoor patio, seems a sure bet for good Italian cuisine. Looks may be deceiving. All that Amici's has in appearance, it lacks in it's food. The pizza, their main item, is nothing special. It's just a mediocre pizza. The Gnocci is thick, dry, and doughy. Service is slow, and the crowds are large. This is definitely a risky bet, especially on game day. Rating: 5/10 tasteperiod.blogspot.com.

Good pizza. Most characteristic is the thin crust, which I think is pretty authentic Italian. But Nothing great. Just good. Maybe very good. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, though, since they seem to have such refined recipes that are aimed at the average Joe and Jane..

BEST LAZAGNA!. The lazagna here is amazing, me and some friends went here after a giants game(YEEYEE GO GIANTS!!!) the service was amazing even though we were being drunk idiots. The staff is extremely helpful and understanding. And the food is amazing..
