Great hidden gem in Kernersville love to eat here . Great sea food and atmosphere. Not exactly kid friendly but that's good as well since we leave the kid home and come here . Never had any complaints but seating is limited and the wait is worth it..

I Tried Smitty's Grille out recently and was pleasantly surprised. Driving by, it always seemed to be more of a bar than a restaurant - this turned out to be true. They only have about 3 tables in the whole place (the rest is one big bar), so be prepared to arrive early or wait if you don't want to eat at the bar. However, the food that I had was tasty and priced appropriately. I had the fantail shrimp, and I appreciated that the breading was not too greasy. The shrimp tasted fresh as well. As others have said, I definitely got a Myrtle Beach vibe from this restaurant. Overall, probably one of the better restaurants in Kernersville based on my experience, but I dock them points for their lack of tables..

Best. This is one of the best places in Kernersville to eat. Sometimes you have to wait but that's what you get for everything great. Especially the potatoes mmmmmm.

Great food, fun atmosphere and really friendly staff!.

Needs a good cleaning!. Everything is dirty,walls doors windowsills,condiment dispensers,even the paper towel holders on the table was sticky and crusty.But the worst was when our waitress was waiting at our table to get paid bent over,picked a paper towel off the floor,wiped our table with it then wiped the top of the ketchup bottle with it!ewwwwWould hate to see how dirty the kitchen is.And the food was not good.I guess its just a watering hole for the local drunks.Music too loud to have a conversation..

Delicious!!!. My husband took me to Smitty's for my birthday because I am a seafood fanatic. This place did not disappoint! I had the crab stuffed portobello and he had the pick three with flounder, scallops, and shrimp. The food was nice and hot and cooked to perfection. Our server was very friendly and so was the server that waited the tables close to us. We will definitely be back! Maybe on a Tues night when their crab legs are 1/2 priced..

Great 'local' hangout with great service and very good food - and a nice beer selection as well...the place has a cool and very chill vibe where everyone is happy (it felt like we were at the beach) - making this our new regular spot for sure!.

This is a fun place to meet up with friends, have a few drinks and some bar food. The seafood is pretty good. The key lime pie is tasty. Service is always good. For a place in a strip mall in Kernersville this place is pretty cool..

Never disappointed. Food and service is always great and festive..
