Been going here for years but tonight will be the last - the food is usually okay but tonight the egg rolls were not edible. One of he combos - the rice tasted bad plus it had a long hair in it. I decided to return it. I walked in and asked the young woman to come to the side so as not to embarrass her. She decided to yell at me in front of her customers. Then she said I ate too much and I had to throw it away. I said no - you can throw it away and she yelled that I had to do it. Then she said I would only get credit for 4 of the 5 egg rolls I had purchased. I said why, she said because there was only 4 there - I told her the other one was there but we had taken it apart to see what was wrong with it - "No Credit" then the young man decided he would get in my face and tell me that the egg rolls were free - I said no they are part of the cost of the combo. He screamed at the woman not to give me a refund. Then he started screaming I had to throw the food away - I told him it was the trash they fed me and they could throw it away. I told them that I had been a good customer and that I would not be coming back because of the way they treated me - they said that they did want me back --- Way NOT to treat a customer.....

Not bad in a pinch . I wish the pot stickers were better they look and taste like SAMs club so they suck . But most other dishes are not to bad . It is better than frozen Chinese food. You could do worse..

Best Chinese in Kernersville. Let me first say that while I understand the language barrier problem to down vote a restaurant run by Chinese-speaking people based on a language barrier is stupid. Of course there will be a language barrier anytime you go into a family owned foreign restaurant! Personally, I have never had a problem ordering over the phone and their food is wonderful. Their prices are some of the lowest in the area and they always give more than enough food. China Rose is run by a nice young family who have only been here about a year. I highly recommend this place if you want great take-out Chinese food!.

Horrible!!!!!. Horrible! Let me first say that I have nothing against the place, but the last few times I've called for delivery, the phone call takes about 10 mintues for me to understand the person on the phone and 10 minutes for him/her to understand me. The last few times I've ordered, they've gotten the order wrong, even though I SLOWLY repeat my order back to them several times. Don't waste your time for delivery. The take out may be OK, or just order in person. It will save you TONS of headache!!.
