Arkakao is a tipical Italian bar in The heart of recoleta. The space inside is very cool And confortable. They have a real italian espresso (lavazza) and a delicious gelato. If you are around recoleta you should go to arkakao
We had returned to our hotel in Recoleta after having dinner. We asked the night manager, who did not speak English very well, if there was someplace to get gelato in the area. After motioning,
