At Rufino, we rediscover the most famous argentine dishes, focusing on its different steaks. We did this with the help of two young and well known chefs, with a proud argentine and creative menu. We cook with prime raw materials, produced locally throughout the country following the premise: from the producer to the table. Rufino dishes recreate the Argentinean culinary tradition, focusing on meat, with an avant-garde look that puts on the table the flavors of our countryside, our sea, our cities and neighborhoods.
