The Windy and Chilly weather today makes me think of warm hand made noodle. This thought l has lured us to this humble and unassuming middle house. Hand made noodle dish is their speciality. We tried various dishes from the classic beef noodle soup to the dry ja jiang noodle. The noodle is very tasty with udon like texture but with beef based soup instead of pork. From the menu one would think it would taste like the Taiwanese braised beef noodle. The reality is the soup is clear in colour and has a lighter flavour. Still a worthy experience. Must add that the price is really good for the portion and food quality.
