The Hill Eatery is located in North Bondi, tucked far enough behind the hustle of the promenade to be a haven for like-minded locals, but still close enough to enjoy the ocean's comforting charms. The concept is simple: farm to table, where provenance is the mantra, allowing plentiful, seasonal produce to come to the fore.
