All I say is possibly the BEST French Food in Sydney.The Head Chef is amazing with his combination of flavours and fresh ingredients.Beautiful Plating and an ample serve.Had three courses and all were a 10/10
I have been fortunate to have dined in some of the finest French restaurants, around the world. This week I walked down Crown Street in Surry Hills, saw French frags flying, looked inside. Looked like a nice coffee shop. When I walked back into the Buster Brown courtyard, wow! Fine food, reasonable prices, great service, and so friendly. And Chef Dominique who owns the place, greets you, comes back into the restaurant and speaks with you. A great find. It will be my regular French experience.
We went a few weeks ago, and having tried some other, very busy French restaurants in the area, can safely say that Buster Brown kicks all over them! The food was very tasty, very flavoursome and authentically French. Also great value for money! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back and I hope I get the chance to go back soon!
Fantastic place. great coffees, great food and fantastic courtyard. I had the chicken and leek pie. Wine are very well priced too. Loved it. a must try.
Love it. We live in surry hills and have the choice of hundreds of cafes and restaurants, but love both the guys for brekky and lunch, cooking amazing and service to go with it.
Really poor experience here, poor service- waiters need to write down orders not rely on memory because ultimately 2/3 of our orders were wrong. Really long wait time for breakfast and when it came all 3 of us couldn’t eat the avocado because it was rock hard and the bacon was old and dry. You might not like to ask how the food was unless you know the answer is going to be favorable.
Omlette to die for!. First time visit, the coffee was excellent. Ordered the Omelette had mushrooms added as an extra. It was soooo yummy, my partner had the big breakfast said it was delicious too!Staff were attentive and friendly without being annoying. Even the Chef came to see how we enjoyed our meals. Rate this place as five stars!
