Located on the ground floor of the Novotel Surfers Paradise, this serves as the casual eatery for this hotel. It is a bar and cafe all rolled into one. Pay and order at the counter. You’ll get a number and they’ll bring the food and drink to you. Service is laidback and friendly. I visited for breakfast.I had the Breakfast Bruschetta. It had tomato, spanish onion, poached eggs, prosciutto, and hollandaise sauce on toasted bread. It had a lovely flavour and nice option for breakfast. I had a Mocha to go with it. Nice blend using The Roaster Guy.A fairly reasonably priced option in a hotel.
