We dined here on a wintery summer night. We started with the garlic bread and moved on to the Trimboli, add olives (chilli, 2 types of salami, tomato, mushroom, olives). The garlic bread was average but the pizza was great. Service was good too. We didnt realise, but these guys also deliver. The restaurant is licenced but they allow BYO wine (or you can buy it there). They had a yummy sounding list of desserts (cheesecakes, tiramisu) but we were too full to try them
We went on a quite night of winter but we were so happy that we did . We ordered fire starter and meat lover which was great ; I think one of the best I had .We were just travellers, won’t be able to go back soon ,when ever we will I am sure we would have these again for sure
AVOID THIS PLACE! Decided to get take away after a long day driving. Told girl at the counter / waitress we’d wait outside so we didn’t use up their tables, after 40 mins went inside to see what’s going on.. ‘sorry I forgot’.. not great.. but that’s only the start of the problems. The carbonara with ‘hot’ salami was inedible, it’s been sitting in the bench for who knows how long and the cream had curdled, what’s more it was really just all pasta with literally 3 pieces of ‘not hot’ salami, that’s it! The carbonara with chicken was more edible but much like the salami had very little other than pasta. If it wasn’t Boxing Day we wouldn’t have gone in the first place. Ended up having some emergency snacks we’d packed for the trip and chucked out the awful awful food
On a late night (in Tassie that would be around 9 pm) with all other places closed.. Trimboli was a savior for us hungry travellers. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and beef lasagna, both made to perfection and flavourful. The staff was friendly too. A great dining option.
Friendly service, food served quickly and tasty! Beautiful pizzas with yummy thin bases! We definitely enjoyed our meal here after a beautiful sunny St Helens day 🙂
