Gorge Reserve is beautiful, a nice location for a restaurant and a nice place to enjoy a good view.I stopped by the restaurant, at the deck for resting and a cool drink. I was disappointed with the service.Firstly, you have to order at the bar, no deck service, but the most unpleasant part is the manager, cause an awkward moment for the staffs and the customer. I ordered a sparkling drink and a beer, which the wait staffs have complete the order, suddenly the manager come along and pour the glass of sparkling to another glass, to reduce the amount of thedrink in the previous glass, about a quarter in volume less. This consider the unpleasant moment for the customer and for the staff which the manager telling the two staff upfront which shows a low morale for a fine restaurant. I was considering coming back for the food, but after that, it worth a one-off experience!
