Like most of ulverstone and devonport restaurants, oyster is to die for. I cannot remember the name of my main dish but it was not bad. Not really make you fly high but it’s ok. My wife tried the desert as seen in the photo, biscuit with bacon !??? To us, It kind of strange combination (pumpkin, biscuit, bacon, walnut…), however the taste not weird as we think.Reasonable price, friendly staff.
Lovely spot by the water with great modern food and excellent service! Came here at 9pm with the family after a bike ride, hoping to get a drink and snack….was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was still open. The entree crumbed scallops were outstanding and the sweet potato wedges yummy. Highly recommended. Don’t bother with Pedro’s as the seafood is not as fresh or well presented, but the prices are roughly the same…

The breakfast we had here was to die for it reminds me of been back home in Melbourne and a breakfast cocktail list. Thank god for a place like this, feels like I’m back in civilisation once again. EXPRESSO Martini or three perfect start to day
Great location, fabulous service, yummy food using local produce. Fabulous!!
Had lunch for 3 on Boxing Day. The service was indifferent and slow, but individual staff were friendly. The food was, sadly, terrible (with one exception). The fish pie was excellent, however, the fish and chips had clearly been reheated. Dry and soggy, the table next to us sent theirs back, something we should have done. The plate of dips had only one dip and the saltiest dukkah I’ve tasted. The bread was clearly from Woolworths and was inedible. The food was reasonably expensive at $20 a main. When this was brought to the attention of staff they took a couple of non-alcoholic drinks off the bill to the tune of $10 and offered some chocolate covered strawberries that were as soft as the fish was dry and probably as old. I won’t be going back.
