Our group came in quite late and the team were very accommodating which we were grateful for. Most of us ordered the scotch fillet which was devine and the serving generous. One other colleague ordered the crispy lamb and loved it too. The service was friendly and efficient, a big plus for us after such a long drive. Thank you.

All the food we ate at the Main Hotel was delicious. I especially liked the way the prawns were done, fried and seasoned beautifully. The staff warm and accommodating.The only real fault for me was the extremely outdated decor and feel of the place.If it wasn’t for that I could almost give 5 stars as the food was amazing.
I just had the most incredible meal at the Main tonight!! Best duck salad I have EVER EVER had!! This chef nailed it!! Taste explosion!! Everyone at my table ordered it based on the chefs recommendation and it did not disappoint!! Great wine selection, beautiful staff and food to die for. Best restaurant in Bairnsdale. Well done
Been here many times. There are reasons I keep coming back. It’s friendly, has prompt service, and best of all has great food. Take for example this cheese platter / sensational!
