Appy eatery is a modern, cute & boutique brunch joint on Elgin street, Carlton. I really enjoyed the food, coffee and vibe. The eggplant Parma was YUM as was the croissant Bahn mi if you like pate and pork belly. My favourite, if you love mushrooms was the mushroom bruschetta with son in law egg – it had heaps of flavour!
The staff were super friendly and passionate about food and coffee. I would definitely return! I left feeling very appy
