Pretty sure the Heartattck bit was referring to the size of the sandwich though Would be keen to return for the vino portion.

Heart Attack and Vine is a trendy coffee and wine bar in Carlton. The small cafe with outdoor seating often is home to numerous late afternoon drinkers sipping on craft wines over a delicate charcuterie board, or indulging in one of the many fine pastries on offer accompanied by spectacular coffee.
The appealing late closing hours of Heart attack and Vine and the fact that they source their beans from one of my favourite locals being Wide Open Road coffee I was in the area on a late Sunday afternoon and thought to treat myself to a brew before heading off to the cinema across the road.
Greeted by friendly staff we sat in front of the coffee bar and were supplied with a drinks menu due to already having dinner plans. The order and pay at the counter service is easy and quick and before we knew it our hot beverages were placed in front of us. Feeling rather adventurous we sipped on a divine and indulgent Spanish hot chocolate with chilli and orange zest as well as a equally as excellent long black. The hot chocolate was a creamy, thick and rich luscious drink. Not overly sweet the the zesty hit of orange resembles the taste of a jaffa chocolate whilst the subtle kick of chilli brought out the flavour of the bitter coco. The long black was flawless. Flavoursome, aromatic, tart fruity textures on the palate with a silky velvet mouthfeel, this brew was throughly enjoyed.
Heart Attack and Vein is a great spot for a bite to eat and drink in a relaxing modern environment. Staff are very accommodating and the extensive drinks list has something for all. Will certainly be back when Im in the area as the coffee is seriously good 🙂
