**Review solely based on the bbq pork snow buns**
The interior and ambiance of this restaurant is sooooo pretty. I love the greenery, the lights and the modern decor. I called up to make an order for the pineapple, bbq pork and salted egg snow buns but unfortunately they only had the bbq pork buns available.
Looks can be deceiving, in photos the buns look quite big – a handful. However in person, the buns are quite tiny. You can eat them within two bites. The buns come in three but tbh Ill order two due to the size.
The bun itself was actually really nice, I love the dough they used for the bun – nice and sweet with a good crunch to it at the bottom. I also liked the bbq pork they used, it was really delicious. One of the best buns Ive had in a while!
I would love to come back to try the pineapple and salted egg snow buns!
Great new Hong Kong / Macanese restaurant! Their dishes are excellent in terms of portion and flavour. The spicy soup is quite spicy but still delish. The carrot cake and the spring rolls are pretty good too. The best thing for me is the snow buns! Soft and packed full of flavours!
