From generation to generation The love of regional products is not new to us, but has been a beloved tradition for many years. It all started with Rosa Wratschko: For many years she has been spoiling guests from near and far with seasonal vegetables and herbs from her own garden as well as products from the region. She has nurtured this enthusiasm for the natural cuisine of her daughter Rosemarie Pichler, who is happy with her mommy and who today characterizes the kitchen of the Weinlandhof with the same passion and creativity. Here we use almost exclusively local products: eggs from the regional dealer, seed oil from the farmer around the corner, meat from the local butcher or farmers in the area. The vegetables and fruit we get - depending on the season - almost exclusively from the farmers in the region. Of course, many herbs and various vegetables also grow in our own vegetable garden.
