Best tea shop in town. I go to the tea factory on an almost daily basis due to the awesome staff and high quality teas, from their ceremonial matcha to their oolongs, every tea I have had here has been amazing and far superior to the other tea shops I’ve been to in town. They also pull an awesome shot of espresso if coffee is more your thing. I would definitely recommend the tea factory to anyone who wants a warm drink and fantastic company.

I love this place. The tea is great and the service is always friendly. It’s not as busy as other places nearby which is unfortunate because why go to a coffee shop for tea?! Highly recommend you come here for a tea date with some friends or a date! Or to read a book
Sadly disappointed. After googling the entire drive from Edmonton to Calgary and navigating the downtown sector for this highly rated ‘sandwich shop’, only to arrive and have only one sandwich left. They don’t make them in-house, so no chances for any more. For a pregnant lady I was extremely disappointed as it was only 2pm on a Wednesday.
It is amazing to find a place in Calgary that puts so much care in to their tea! I went to the tea factory for the first time a few weeks ago, I loved its modern clean design and tea was amazing. They really took their time to make sure it was done perfectly…and it was….chai latte I have had in Calgary yet! Macarons I had to try at least 3 different flavours and couldn’t decide which was my favorite…they were all YUM! I totally recommend this place to tea lovers and well others. The iced teas are delicious too!!! Definitely something for everyone and a must-go-to. It’s nice to see a place love their tea as much as I do!

Amazing place!!!. I been to this very nice tea shop yesterday and I can say a few things about this place. I’m a tea enthusiast, so tea runs through my body very often.I tried other places buy what really I really liked about The Tea Factory is the great customer service they have. I tried the vanilla coconut latte and was beyond my expectations, nice, robust with a firm flavour.I had the opportunity to talk with who seem to be the owner or manager and asked him many questions related to the tea world. He took the time to explain me many things I did not know about. So overall, nice, and very comfy environment, with a good care for customer service. I’ll be back
