I’ve never had a bad experience here. I have only dined in. Usually it was just two of us. The service was quick and friendly and being Chinese, I think I’m a bit pickier than non-Chinese. For the food, it’s not the best but it is well above average. Cooked decently and flavours are nice. I once brought over 20 people (I called in advance) and we ordered on the spot and everything came out in good order and everyone was quite satisfied.
Very disappointed had to wait an hour for a called in pickup order they were barely apologetic and offered no drink or discount, even thought it took 3 hours from when the order was called in until it was ready. Food was really bland and tasteless. The chicken in the chicken fried rice seemed undercooked and slimy. The chicken in the chicken balls was stringy and hard to bite through. The ginger beef was ok but had little to no flavor, noodles just tasted like unseasoned starchy noodles. Had this for new years supper with friends and they left feeling nauseous after eating, chucked the leftovers. Worst culinary experience of the year for me. Avoid this place.
