Kingspark steakhouse offers a western / asian style cuisine. Last night I decided to try their menu which ranged from asian rice, spaghetti, to steak. Their menu is very extensive so it took me some time to look through it. I ordered the rib eye steak which came with 2 sides (soup and choice of fries or spaghetti). Even though I asked for medium rare the steak came out blue rare (barely cooked). The steak here may say 10z but it feels like the size of fairly small. The only thing here which wasn’t too bad was the sauce which was interesting (asian black pepper sauce). Probably wont come here again but it was an interesting experience.

Enjoy their HK cafe breakfast combos. For $8.50 you can get an A (protein & drink) + B (noodle/macaroni in soup) and a drink. Taste is average but great bang for your buck. Service is hit and miss. Parking can be a pain in the butt as most are reserved for other businesses.

Food is pretty good. Service generally not too bad, which I would give 3 stars. But the last time I went, I had a very terrible experience. I ordered a Baked Seafood on Rice, but it became Meat Sauce on Spaghetti. I pointed at the menu when I ordered. The waiter didn’t repeat the order. When the food arrived and it was completely wrong, I told the waiter. He accused me of ordering the incorrect item and offered no apology. He even said I ordered spaghetti, which I don’t order at restaurants. The waiter even discussed this with another waiter, saying that I ordered the spaghetti. I felt like I was guilty for the food that I didn’t order. No tips was given in the end and probably won’t visit this restaurant anytime soon.

Fairy cozy place with typical HK food. Food is okay, not bad. Parking is a bit difficult. Their drinks are in metal cups, cold drinks cost 50cents more. Take out box is a dollar more. cafeeeli.blogspot.com

Average food does not justify abysmal service. Food was decent for its price, but our server was incredibly rude and nonchalant. A few months ago, I dined at this restaurant occasionally because the service was good.Recently, I came here with an elderly family member and the server (young adult) seemed like he hated his job. Had to flag him down multiple times in order to get his attention, and he always frowned. When my family member asked a couple of simple questions, he muttered answers and I even saw him shake his head (in irritation?) after he turned away. It’s one thing to provide average customer service, but another to be passive aggressive when responding to customers who are curious about the menu. I have worked as a server for numerous years and understand that it can be stressful during peak periods, but there were literally three tables seated at that time (including us), so there is no excuse for this appalling customer service; which was completely unacceptable and ruined our evening.I won’t be visiting this restaurant any time soon. Even if the food is decent, restaurant owners need to emphasize to their servers that food helps attract customers, but good (at the bare minimum) customer service is pivotal to retaining existing customers.

Not good…. Overcooked noodles and rice… Flavour on the Thai roasted chicken rice was not bad though, other plus is is that it’s cheap here

Food okay, service pathetic. The food is acceptable, both the Asian and Western style food. The noodle soup combos are so so. However, service is pathetic. You literally have to track a server down to get service.
