Just as a general unspoken rule for small restaurants, don’t argue with a customer when they they send back something that was wrong for whatever reason (taste or otherwise) and then leave it on the bill. That’s just poor proprietorship. He then tried to offer me a 20% off. Oh boy, sure, I’d love to pay 80% of the price for food I consumed 0% of. Manager of the year. The rest of the food we actually consumed and paid for was mediocre. If you were like us and came here because Sura had a long wait – go back, camp out in front of Sura until your turn, trust me.
