Had a delightful dinner here on our first night in Canada. Managed to get a walk in table and were very impressed not only by the food but also the service . They use local producers for both food and wine and menu is broken down to land/sea/soil . My favourites were the bison carpaccio and sauted morel mushroomsWine list was good and they offered wine or beer flights which seems to be coming more popular
