Dinner with my friends. We all have a really bad experience. Our name got cross off after being calling our name once with us being outside and could not hear our name call. We have five people in total and they still give us a small table and just add a chair on the side. Service was really bad. Our soup got took for 45 minute to get to us with us having to ask for it two times. At the end the gratuity was include which I don’t think they deserve a 15% gratuity. 10% is already too much. I am not recommending to those who want service from a restaurant.
I was a regular. More specifically I was a regular that ordered the same things over and over again. It saddens me to see the decadence of a place that I used to like. Their sushi was so good and now it’s so sloppy. Their seafood fried udon was so tasty and now it’s absolutely boring. The final chapter was this: I order calamari and it came extremely overcooked. It was dark brown with many black spots. I politely asked the waitress to send it back to the kitchen. After a couple seconds she came back saying their calamari was crispy like that. Burnt food is usually crispy, but you should not sell it to your customers. When someone complains about something that basic, you try your best to improve your quality, rather than arguing.I paid for food that I didn’t eat (I left it all in the plate). Unlike the previous times I’ve been there, this time I didn’t tip. And I’m never coming back.
