Came to this location for the first time on June 5th. We ordered: Mediterranean pasta, jambalaya fettuccini, Boston lasagna and a personal size pizza without cheese.I had the Mediterranean pasta without feta and extra mushrooms in place of red pepper. I also had the personal vegetarian pizza without cheese.Both were good. I’ve had this pasta a number of times and I enjoy it. Good place for last minute or late night meals.The other people I was with enjoyed their lasagna and jambalaya too!
Baaaaaaad. Ordered delivery from BP. It came wrong, so I phoned. The rude hostess told me on the phone that either they would re-send the order but I would have to pay a delivery charge again or that I could have a credit. Then told they ‘don’t do refunds’. I explained I never even touched the food, so they decided to refund me with manager approval. When I returned to the restaurant, she refunded me the menu price but not the tax. Horrible service. I will NEVER return.
I have eaten at Boston Pizza in a few different cities. This one is one of the best. Possibly the best I have had.
Nachos were soggy! Service was awesome! – guy who served us was working double shifts and was the sweetest person.
I was visiting from out of town, normally don’t mind BP, but Kelowna has ine od the worst. Rude hostess – she should be fired, average food, below average service and terrible beer on tap. There are lots of better ‘chain’ restaurants in this area. Pick one of them. They will treat you respectfully and you won’t feel like you wasted your money.
The food here is always fantastic. We have many favorite menu items. There are options for everyone. The service has always been great! One of our regular restaurants.Aug 17/16Another great meal!! Dinning out with my boyfriend this evening at the classic waterhole for our group and although we’ve been here many times; today I decided to try something new, something other thn their wonderful pizza selection. Venturing out into pasta for the night ( something I like to think I know more then a bit about) I was compelled to try their seven cheese ravioli. Much to my surprise my once loved restaurant has hit rock bottom with this particular serving. The pasta was over done, the cheese resembled that of baked cardboard and the sauce was quite thin with a miniscule amount of meat. Needless to say, I am not impressed. I am however very happy my boyfriend enjoyed his teriyaki bowl which I did taste ( much better choice)
