I love their food and theyre no longer in Calgary, so had to stop by on our last day in Kelowna. Still a little busy right after the lunch hour, but we only had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for a table. Our server had her hands full, so one of the managers came by and took our drink order- great service. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and more fries. My buddy had the fish and chips, but no refill on the fries. Great experience from start to finish.
Always enjoyed this place. But on Nov 27 we came in for dinner, had my favourite burger, chopped prime beef. Well, the onions straws were like batter coated string. Complained to waitress, she had a whatever attitude. She came back later with the bill, she said manager reduced our bill. BS she deleted my wife’s coffee. A whole $2.79… She never talked to manager. She got the 0% tip….
Consistently good quality burgers. Reasonable beer selection, though a little pricey. Their wings still kickass; it’s Frank’s hot sauce, but their wings really rule! I miss the good ol’ days when RR actually had wing specials. Service usually solid. It’s a chain; nothing exceptional.
