Perfection. After trying many of his creations,I have to say this is some of the best baked goods I have had.His palate to balance the flavours and his appreciation of technique are remarkable.I have had deserts in three Michelin starred restaurants and would find his comparable in terms of flavour. Victoria should consider itself privileged to have him.PS Fernat branca and cola lollipops are incredible
Delicious. Have sampled most of the offerings at the James Bay market and find that I have many favourites !! The shortbread are devine – melt in your mouth, brownies have lots of rich chocolate flavour to satisfy this chocoholic and the cookies are fabulous. If you like cheesecake, order one from Sugarboy Bakery and you won’t be disappointed. Not too sweet, texture that has substance and melts in your mouth – definitely worth every calorie. Chocolate Espresso is wonderful and so was the Limoncello. Made to order items that are delicious and beautiful – perfect for special occasions. I highly recommend Sugarboy Bakery.
