Best pad Thai I’ve had outside of Thailand! Many other restaurants I’ve been too either make the pad Thai too salty or sweet, but this place made it perfectly with the right balance of flavours. The Tom kha gai soup was also superb. My husband had the cashew chicken, which was delicious, and I was also told by other family members dining with us that the green curry was amazing. You can also see how fresh the vegetables by their vibrant colours. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I can’t wait to return to try the other dishes!
Amazing food every time! I’ve had delivery only from the Rutland location and have yet to be disappointed, tried something different every time.I will return.
Delicious but customer service could use some refining and be sure to have a reservation. The Thai food here is amazing resulting in Zabb being a very busy place. So if you plan to dine in make sure you have a reservation or you will likely not get a table. As for calling to make that reservation or for ordering takeout well when they get busy they just stop answering the phone. You can call for half an hour and you will never get through. Busy signal or endless ringing is all you will get. This is of course frustrating and my main complaint regarding their customer service, which I hope improves! They also close quite early (8:30 pm) so plan accordingly as you won’t be seated near this time.
We just arrived in Kelowna and gave this place a try. What a great decision. We got to the restaurant about 10 minutes before they closed. We said that we we would do take out because of the time but they told us to sit down and eat.We had the dinner combo with another dish. The beef and peanut sauce was wonderful and the panang curry was very tasty. My wife especially liked their pad thai (no ketchup in their sauce).A nice find up here.
Food took a long time to arrive, waitress took a long time to get to us. Food was expensive for what you get. The ambiance was not good, the restaurant was ery hot and flies kept trying to land in our food.
First time disapointment. This was my first time coming to Zabb and was really excited for some good thai food as the reviews were great. I must say the food was great but the service was awful! Drinks and appetizers came out fine but they brought my dates meal and didn’t bring mine for another 15 mins. After all that happened i was then overcharged for having a half liter of wine instead of a glass of wine. Minor mix up but the meals coming at different times was irritating. You would have also thought that they would have tried to make up for the mistake but nothing was done. I wouldn’t recommend going for a sit down as the service wasn’t good, order the take out.
A little too expensive for what you get. We were expecting amazing because of the great reviews. What we received was decent. I left still hungry.
