I’ve been going here for years. Unfortunately, they are now under new management and I can no longer recommend this sushi joint. The chicken in the chicken teriyaki was so overcooked I couldn’t eat it. The salad was swimming in dressing. The rolls did not taste fresh. I thought maybe I’d give them another go (everyone has their off nights) but I was given the same quality of food in round 2. They have redecorated which is nice, but I won’t be giving this place my business any more.

Had the dynamite combo (dynamite roll + 1pc each of salmon, tuna, and shrimp nigiri), mango roll, chicken roll, veggie roll, and deep fried yam roll. Ordered the deep fried yam roll twice because it was absolutely delicious! Definitely my new favourite. Service was okay. Paid $26 for two people. Will definitely come back here again!

This place is a hidden gem. The waitress is so incredibly nice and attentive. The food is reasonably priced and super yummy. There may be dozens of sushi places in this neighbourhood and sure some of them are a little cheaper but this is place just is much better quality. Personal favourite is the cream cheese and salmon rolls, which they make with raw salmon unlike everywhere else. I am not a big sushi eater but will get cravings for that roll.
My go-to Sushi eatery. I live nearby, but I would drive a distance to get Sushi from here. Always fresh and delicious and very reasonably priced. Sue and her husband are so attentive and they make high-quality food. There isn’t a lot of parking, but stop by and try them out. You won’t be disappointed!

I love sushi Karis! Cheap sushi and the quality is awesome. Best sushi in coquitlam for sure. Nigiri box for $9 how can you go wrong!
