So, before I discovered this place about three years ago, The only option to have authentic Mexican food in the Valley was to go across the border to El NoPal in Sumas (and the foodie in me took me there quite often). But Hugo’s has saved me all those trips. The staff is very friendly, the food is fresh and full of flavour. If an Indian is reading this, consider Hugo’s as a Mexican version of Indian Dhaba. It is rather non-desript, but the interiors are tastefully decorated with Mexican pictures and handicraft. They have four kinds of Salsa, (something I have not experienced anywhere else in the Valley). My favourite pick is Tostada Salad while my wife is a big fan of their Taco Loco. Go ahead! Enjoy!
