Was in this place 2 years ago and was very happy. Then I visited last summer and kind of got disappointed in service. Today we decided to go with my husband for dinner somewhere close to home and sit on the patio. I really liked their lobster bisque before. Today it was horrible, I don’t know, maybe their cook changed. It tasted like a river. Fried calamari were soggy, I’m glad we didn’t order our main dishes. I asked for bread and we never received it, ate our bisque and left. Will never come back. Overpriced food for what they serve this days. We went to another restaurant after to have main course.
The only reason why I don’t give this spot 5 stars is because we had to wait to be greeted and the server forgot to bring us olive oil and balsamic with the bread ( which everyone else got). Besides from these small insignificant details, the place is near perfect. I went there with a friend for drinks and apps. The service for the rest of the night was outstanding, the food absolutely excellent. We had the beet and arugula salad, ahi tuna, and the cold cuts and cheese board. This was accompanied by the sliced black cherry sangria. We will definitely be back for dinner.
