Nice atmosphere, lovely staff. Do yourself a favour and don’t order food. We tried naan pizza and nachos, pretty standard items and these were very basic. Wouldn’t order again.

Hummus in a plastic cup??. We ordered the hummus with veggies dish for $4.38 and were surprised to get a small plastic cup (like you would get in take-out) with some carrots, celery and a couple of past-their-prime grape tomatoes. Who serves hummus like this in a sit-down caf? It was maybe a 1/4 quantity at best and seemed like a very sad presentation. We also ordered the veggie paninis, which were good. All in all, not enough to recommend this place when there are so many other places that offer a nicer food experience.

Great Coffee house. I’ve only ever had coffee and some kind of sweet, so I can’t comment on the food otherwise. This is one of my favourite places to ride my motorcycle to, pop in for a coffee and relax. Excellent atmosphere with comfortable seating, and amazing local artwork on display. This place tends to attract hippies, beatniks and artsies. But I think that’s kinda what I like about it. 🙂 Check out the patio if you get a chance.

Lively Place. I have been here twice now – both times for lunch and both times I was impressed. The veggie panini is great for lunch, it leaves you full but not with that uncomfortable heavy feeling. There drink selection seems endless, if you are up for anything try asking for a recommendation. I did when I was there and ended up with a vanilla chai tea latte which was amazing. I let my friend try some who only likes regular coffee and even he agreed it was amazing. If you are looking for somewhere not to expensive to go for a nice lunch or take out coffee in downtown Guelph – this is the place to go!

Had the panini and butternut squash soup. Both very good. Good atmosphere. Very popular student hangout.

Probably the Best Coffeeshop in Guelph. Their strawberry-peach muffins are the best on the planet. Parking’s difficult, but the location’s great. Lots of seating options, outdoor patio, beer and wine too.
