Home of the best tandoori fish and seekh kabab in town! Also tried the short ribs, and would have to say I’ve NEVER had such good short ribs served along side a great assortment of Pakistani cuisine. Definitely will come back and try out the other dishes… I’ve my eyes set on the chicken karahi next! keep up the great work
I’ve only been to La Jawab Grill once and because it’s quite close to Bamyan Kabob, I have not returned (hence I enjoy Bamyan more!). I ordered the beef kebabs (Seekh Kebab) made with minced beef, mint, coriander and spices. The flavours were wonderful. It came with a ton of rice and a small side salad which I could not finish in the end. We also tried the Tandoori Chicken which basically, not so appetizing pieces of chicken surrounding a huge amount of rice again. Can someone really eat that much rice? I was disappointed in this dish as the chicken was not flavourful and it needed some sort of veggie side to balance it out. Way too much rice in everything!
