  Wrong order!. 0 (zero) stars actually. Web page requires me to give at least 1 star. How stupid!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star from my experience.I ordered over the phone and it took exactly 1 hours and 2 minutes to arrive at my home. Just so you know, this restaurant is 1.4 km away from my address, according to Google Maps, 3 minutes away by car or 18 minutes walking (lol, it would have had it sooner had I walked there and back).Anyways, 10 minutes before it arrrived I get a call from the driver asking for my address. It seems the lady taking the orders over the phone has very bad handwriting or very bad listening skills. (she did have an accent).After paying the delivery man, I settle down to enjoy my meal but, alas, it was the wrong order. So I pick up the phone and call the restaurant back. The lady is adamant that I had received exactly what I ordered. She kept going on and on about it. I hung up and threw my order in the garbage because that ‘s where it belonged. I couldn’t even bother to taste it. It WASN’T what I had ordered.In any case, 18 bucks down the drain, (and still haven’t eaten) but giving this very negative review was all worth it., if it stops someone else from suffering like I did.

  Mauvaise commande!. Vraiment, un 0 (zro) toiles mais la page web ne me force dooner au moins une toile (je pense que c’t une gammick!!!)J’ai command au tlphone et puis a a prise exactement 1 heure et 2 minutes pour que la commande arrive. Le resto est situ 1.4 kilomtres de chez moi. Pour vous donner une ide, a prend 3 minutes en auto et 18 minutes de marche, selon Google maps. a veut dire que j’aurai pu y aller pied et revenir avec ma commande en moins de temps que a a pris au livreur. En passant, le livreur m’a appel 10 minutes avant d’arriver pour que je lui donne mon adresse parce qu’il tournait en rond. Il m’a avou que la bonne femme au resto crivait mal, mais je pense plutt qu’elle a un problme de comprhension (elle avait un accent distinctif).En tout cas, je paie le livreur et j’ouvre ma command pour dcouvrir que c’tait pas la bonne commande.!!!Je rappelle au resto pis on me passe la bonne femme. Elle m’obstine et m’obstine (la crisse) que j’avais reu exactement ce que j’avais command. Je finis par raccrocher et je jette la bouffe poubelle san mme y goter. a me fait royalement @#$%. a m’a cot 18 piasses pis j’ai encore faim. ias a valait la peine si au moins une personne peut s’viter la souffrance.

  Good service. I go quit often to eat at Iliade with my family. There plates are big so you definitely get your money’s worth If I had to describe the restaurant I would say its a place with a warm atmosphere, great service and food . I especially love to eat the chicken pita plate.
