Been a regular forever here for the good crowd and music. Last night was extremely disappointing. We got our tickets on BookMyShow for Premier tickets that guarantees seating. Having arrived 30 minutes after 9pm (which was the entry), we were denied a table pretty much all night and ended up standing around. Upon raising a complaint at the time of paying our bill, the “manager” insulting offered shots as a way to appease the situation. We didn’t want to stick around longer or create a scene so we ended up leaving. I’d recommend everyone booking tickets to events here to either arrive on time lest your table is given away (they will not call you to let you know). But yes, drinks and food are average, atmosphere is great. We’re super unhappy to have to find another spot to replace it.
The overall presentation and ambience of the place was nice, but the most famous wood burner pizza was not up to the mark. I chose margarita pizza and it felt like I was eating plain roti was just sauce on top. There was almost cheese on it. And since it was wood burned and margarita it literally had no other taste than the sauce. Was disappointed in it.
