My Kitchen is the only Bhutanese restaurant in Himachal Pradesh, setup in the winter of 2017. Like all good things that take time and hues of passion and planning, it all started with Sarita Gurung and her idea. Raghav Bhavsar, a foodie, cooking enthusiast, a musician; Lad from Hyderabad has been living in Dharamshala for 5 years working as a quality analyst with an IT company, recently invested into My Kitchen and is now partnering with the restaurant. It was a teenage dream of Raghav to get into the food industry but education, time and jobs intervened to cause delays. He is spearheading the business development and promotional activities related to the restaurant alongside Vikas Gurung.
