Chaap junction – one point for all kinds of chaap. Ordered online. Delivery was on time and without any hassle.1) Achaari Chaap – Soft and good portion. Tasty.2) Tandoori Roti – was soft and felt like made of wheat.Overall good for different kinds of chaap..
As cafeteria food at work keeps getting worse, my colleagues and I keep looking for new places to order from. While scrolling, this outlet appealed to us and so we decided to order from here today. Right from the delivery, to the packaging and the taste of food, everything was top notch. In fact the food delivered was still very hot, and made for an amazing meal. They have a good variety of chaaps to choose from with both dry and gravy types. Make sure you read the description properly before you order depending on the type you want. Moreover, the price is also very pocket friendly. Each chaap portion costs just about 175 which is more than enough for 1 person, while a roti is a meagre 20 rs. The following were the items that I ordered:Achaari Chaap (9/10) – Absolutely adored how tangy the taste of this was. You could actually get the achaar like taste which for me felt like a mix of both lemon and mango pickles. The chaap itself was nice and soft and you didn’t have to chew much unlikes many other places where it goes hard. This was a dry option, and if you’re looking for that, then Achaari Chaap is the way to go.Masala Chaap (8.5/10) – This was a gravy option but delicious nonetheless. It had a thick gravy that went perfectly well with the hot tandoori rotis. The masala was medium spicy and had a nice tomato based gravy with some cream and butter. Here too the chaap was nice and soft.Tandoori Roti (8/10) – Nice and soft, and made for an amazing companion to both the above chaap varieties. As I already mentioned above, at 20 Rs a piece, this is very affordable.Overall, this place is here to stay, and those who love chaaps and love the North Indian flavours, must give this place a try! instagram.com
Are you looking for Amritsari type chaap in Bangalore, then head to Chaap junction. Recently i got to know about this place and i immediately decided that i should place an order. So i ordered Afghani Chaap(which is my favorite) among chaap variants and Chaap masala with some butter naan.To my surpriseAfghani chaap was awesome, just as good as how i get in Amritsar, a very cheesy, creamy variant garnished with grated carrot and cauliflower When it comes to Chaap masala, was bit spicy(gravy) but chaap was really soft and tended and it went very well with butter naan.Overall my rating:Taste: 4.5/5Packing: 4/5No spillageNow i have found a place where i can get Amritsar kind of chaan anytime i crave to eat chaap
