I had lot of expectations when I checked the reviews but didn’t meet it. Ambience is ok. We ordered many dishes but they were not up to the mark. Pasta had less quantity of veggies, saw one or two. Restaurant has many cuisines but they are not really authentic.
I visited here only to try their Bagel sandwich and I was utterly disappointed. The bagel was technically not a bagel but a rough burger bun in the shape of a bagel cut into two halves and sandwiched with whatever you had asked for in the menu. I fortunately had tried the actual bagel in New York or I would have assumed that what this place offered was actually how a bagel would be. What is nice here is that they are offering lot of options in tea if you are a hardcore tea drinker.Again everything on the menu is super overpriced for me. A bagel sandwich was 295 and all I had on the plate was one average size bagel and a few potato wedges of McCain brand. A normal tea starts only at 125 bucks for a normal sized cup but the tea tasted good.Some disappointments related to service here. The staff took about 30 minutes to get an Irani chai however the Bagel came in relatively early. I had to follow-up on the tea multiple times and finally wanted to cancel it and that’s when he took it seriously and got it in no time. They were courteous to not include the Chai in the bill because it was served late but I did not want to drink it for free so asked them to include for which they did not agree but they eventually added it.To sum it up, great varieties of tea but I don’t think so I can afford a tea which is so pricey .Very disappointed with the Bagels. Average service. It was an average experience.Note – Any accompaniment that you get with a Pizza or a Burger or a Sandwich or a Bagel is made from McCain packed food and Tea Villa were kind enough to mention this on their menu.
