Biryani is a very renowned Indian delicacy which differs across different states of the country..Ideally a biryani is known for its aroma, the long grained rice (Basmati rice), its authentication comes from it being cooked and fried, the traditional Indian spices, and a very good marination..In Frame: Paneer Tikka Biryani..Luckily the delicacy we had, fitted the flavours very well but the paneer marination (Cottage cheese) from the outlet wasn’t upto the mark. Cottage cheese was very soggy and it didn’t tasted afresh..The biryani otherwise was okay. It was served with a roasted papad, pickle and dahi-raita which was very delicious. Filled with alot of veggies both the biryani as well as the raita it a sumptuous affair.
If you are really hungry and you just only want to have biryani, the biryani culture is a good and fine place for u. Located at the food court in Korum mall, nice small outlet where you can order your biryani and just have a seat at the food court and have ua food or take away as well. I have ordered for Chicken Tikka biryani which was quite good and spicy, was served with a pickle and onion and papad along with Biryani. Decent in taste and quantity but the served it quite late , i dunno why, may be there are lot of customer loads, but according to me they should speed up their making and serving process, before the hunger dies, thats the only concern i have. Well talking about the biryani that was just good, a nice to have! They can improve their quality of work and service and can become amongst the finest biryani outlets.
