The pricing on the actual bill and the menu card are totally different. When questioned about this, they say their pricing has changed and they couldn’t get a new menu card printed. In the old menu card,just in the corner they have written with a pen that prices have changed. The manager does that accept that it is a unethical behaviour. Its more like mentioning *conditions apply at the end of a lucrative offer. The management should have at least had the courtesy to offer an apology but they kept arguing and fighting with me that what they have done is perfectly fine. They told me that you are arguing for just 20 or 30 rupees, after all its my hard earned money and I’ll question such unprofessional, unethical, and worst behavior. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER WILL COME EVEN IF THEY SERVE GREAT FOOD. BUT TODAY THE FOOD WAS OKAY ONLY.
