So I hired the upstairs for a function for about 20 people. One the day we only had 11 people. The manager on duty charged us for 25 people thinking that we were drunk and we will pay it anyway. Well 4 of us actually did pay before one of my friends spotted it. When they got caught they started to very aggressive the manager meenakshi went and got a man who came to the counter and started saying that he will teach us manners today. When people get a bit drunk they start to steal from them by over charging them. Very aggressive staff who are wanting to fight with customers. No basic customer courtesy. I really wanted to call the police and get this man charged for threatening us, first they were stealing from us when caught started to argue and threat. I suggest don’t ever go here. These are two faced theifs.

Good food but poor service. The entree of mixed platter was tasteful. For mains, we ordered the pepper chicken and the indian butter chicken (not the butter chicken w/c is sweet). Both are yum but I find the latter a bit odd to my taste, maybe because i was so used to the sweet butter chicken. Overall a great dining experience but the customer service let it down. Still giving a near perfect rating tho 😉
Absolute stunning service at Indian Accent under the wonderful management of Meenakshi. Thank you all so much for the incredible effort you all put in. We booked a buffet for around 60 people and the quality did not disappoint in the slightest. The setup was clean and beautiful, the food was so fresh and always topped up, the drinks were continuously refilled, the plates were all cleared as needed. Everyone was super attentive to our guests and we could not be happier with the service and care we received. 11/10 experience and will definitely be coming back.
