This spot has a beautiful outlook over Cornwall Park, at the foot of One Tree Hill, and it’s a nice feeling enjoying your breakfast or lunch in such a place. The food is very good as well, luckily, and service is pretty quick, never intrusive, nothing over the top either. Particularly enjoy the breakfast – the eggs Benedict with salmon is tasty but even more so the wild mushrooms with truffle ricotta and sourdough! This is a dish we go back for a lot and can’t recommend it enough, a healthy and delicious meal 🙂
Came in for an early lunch after a late breakfast this morning. Mom ordered the smoked salmon with pickles, horseradish, oat crumb and shaved cucumber. I wasn’t that hungry so I just got some bread with butter and a cup of mocha. Smoked salmon was too salty for me. I advise you all to order a side of bread with this dish. Bread tasted average but was able to help balance out the flavours of the salmon. Was glad that mocha came with marshmallows. Environment was nice. The interior was really beautiful. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
