I ordered online and the food was ready just as I was walking through the door, 15 minutes later. Friendly service. The chicken burger was delicious and hot chips with either aioli or blue cheese sauce is a must!! Yum.
Real yummy burgers (fresh, crispy and juicy too), great milkshakes and super friendly staff. My fave burger place ever :DCan’t complain like others.
We ordered 3 Burgers and Chips from Burger Wisconsin Silverstream. The Burger patties were raw and the the chips were inedible (overcooked). We contacted the shift manager and he kindly gave us a credit for 1 of the burgers.We then went back 3 weeks later to use the credit and have a meal. And the same thing happened again, the Burger patty was raw and the buns were burnt within an inch of it’s life.We contacted them again and was told the Franchisee Manager would contact us.Never happened.This is a premium Burger place. They should provide a premium product and service to match.These guys are going to make somebody very sick. Very lucky it was an Adult that recognised raw meat and not a child that didn’t know any different.Come on Burger Wisconsin NZ, give this owner a rev up.
consistently good burgers, staff are always nice and friendly. Usually order online or over the phone and the food is waiting for me when I arrive.
Unbelievable experience of being verbally abused by the franchisee. What a shoddy way to run a business and to live your life. Staff need to listen to their customers and not tell them they are wrong.
I’ve rated this 5 purely on the burgers alone, I’ve been here many times and they are beautiful consistent juicy and fresh, my favourite so far is the beef and blue cheese. I have not encountered the ‘rude owner /operater yet, but the young counter staff are a pleasure to deal with.
