Chips were yum but nothing special. Service was okay. Nice location but also really expensive for what it is. Nice place to do some work and relax tho…

This quiet innocuous cafe has become our go-to cafe for lunch or brunch. Beautifully poached eggs with crispy kranskys and buttery toast. Simple and well-prepared. What more could you ask? Why they also have sunny big window main dining room with additional smaller rooms in the back.
Very fast service. Coffee is okay. The food is great. The staff are always looking at ways to improve the food provided. The staff are always there to help.
I’ve been here a few times as it is right next to uni. The place is decorated in a quirky, homely manner, with a large outdoor garden area. They have a wide range of fresh, yummy looking cabinet food. I haven’t tried any of the food yet, but their coffees are delicious and the service is good.
So good!!! And during the brunch time is very busy!! And it has perfect location soooo close to Massy University! I like it and it’s suit for people who waiting for the IELTS people
This is a cosy little cafe in one of my preferred parts of Wellington. We got here about an hour before closing time on Sunday, so the kitchen was closed. It looked like there would have been a good selection for us to choose from had we turned up earlier. From the cabinet I chose the bacon and egg panini with bbq sauce, there wasn’t enough sauce on it in my personal opinion. The cafe is set in what looks like an old house, the wooden intetior gives it that cosy feel. The window seats make for a good place to people watch (or in Wellingtons case fashion watch). The walls are adorned with some really good NZ paintings which are for sale. I can imagine that this place is really popular with the locals.
Parking can be hard but for those local it would not be an issue. Dined here with my parents and the staff were great at accommodating their individual preferences. Coffee was great, food fresh and pricing typical cafe levels. Would return.
Great food, good coffee, fast service. I eat here with family and friends often (it’s my local) and not once have any of us had food or drinks that haven’t been excellent. Other times I just pop in for a take out coffee and again the service is fast, friendly and efficient.
