One of famous restaurants that serve Omani traditional foods in city. private majlis are available to have dine-in.. Advise have laham shuwa from them.
This is traditionally done-up place that serves Omani food.You can taste local Biryani,kabsa,thareed,harees,arsiya and tasty qabooli.Nice ambiance.
Authentic perhaps in that you eat sitting on cushions on the floor but the food was quite bland and tasteless. Many things not on the menu that you would expect. Attention from staff minimal to nonexistent. Don’t bother.
We got the food as takeaway and it was still hot when we got home the amount of rice in the pack is definitely for 2 person . The meat was very good and the chicken was amazing.
