  I’m a sucker for industrial designs so I loved the interior of this place. It’s also quite large so waiting for you to be seated was never a problem. I’ve always envisioned this a place for sports fans to gather and watch FIFA matches, NBA finals or Pacquiao fights.

  Marikina’s new IT restobar! It’s open for all. From sporty Dads, cool moms to happy-go-lucky peeps. The good thing is it’s not pricey at all when it comes to drinks and the food is really good!

  Went here on a Friday night. Loved the setup. You get to drink, watch the NBA and have live music all at once. Mejo maingay lang iyung timpla ng audio; naging mahirap iappreciate iyung banda. Pulutan offers were good; but they ran out of Jack so I got a little sad. Cheaper pa naman sila compared to other places. Even Double Black was priced same as Jack (I hope they dont change it if they see this. Lol.)May nag-away pa sa table outside but obviously not the bar’s fault. But maybe, to keep it safer, have the waiters pick up empty bottles from tables instead of keeping them until people leave. Masikip rin kasi sa table if they’re just kept there.Lastly, mejo maraming bagets that ‘overstay’ in the restrooms. Bar should ensure they clean up after them though. 🙂

  We were looking for a place to chill just a round Marikina after a long work-week and a friend told us to try Forage. Food is ok and has generous serving but nothing special. Drinks are ok as well. We’re expecting it to be jampacked because it’s Friday night, but only 3 tables were occupied including ours. We manged to chill thou.

  Cheap alcohol, good food and great place. Two thumbs up for Forage. A really nice place to chill and listen to music, waiters were very accomodating and nice. Higly recommended for a chill and fun night!!!

  Heads up foodies, this is another worthy stop here in Marikina. This establishment opened September last year and my friend and I got invited to their opening. It is located at Gil Fernando Avenue, a busy strip, also an avenue with good food selections besides Lilac street in this city. Forage is too obvious not to miss especially at night. On top of its surmounting structure which could accommodate around 200 people, its lights and music would veer your senses to them. They have a band on certain nights and have promotions here and there to get you hooked up to them. Months ago they had Beer Pong. Christian Ting, William Scheirman and Xavier Cruz comprise the young entrepreneurs who put up this place and they serve mostly a fusion of western comfort food. We were served premium meat choices, Bourbon Style Pork Belly and the U.S. Prime Rib Eye Steak. These were decent picks with it being both tender and tasty. Also got to indulge on pasta via Seafood Ciopinno, appetizing Shrimp Gambas, meaty Scheirman’s Burger, sugary Cream Puffs and sweet Green Tea Match Lava Cake for our dessert. I am not sure if these items are still around as they have commitment to change items once in awhile to continue capturing the Marikina audience. Tropical Bliss Fishbowl Cocktail is one of the alcohol picks we had that night. And this fish bowl with beer, the whole bottle in it, does get one excited. The beer that could be placed are products of Nipa Brew, Craftpoint Brewing Co., and Crazy Carabao Brewing Co. These are upcoming local craft beers. If you are looking for a night cap or a go to place to spend your weekend nights, Forage might just give you what you need! alwayshungry.ph
