Sometimes I go from Lisbon to Vila de Frades just to eat at this restaurant! The food is fenomenal and the wine is the best that you’ll find in Portugal! You must go there at least once in your lifetime, it’s that good!
The simple delicious local food here is fabulous. Tomato with egg sounds like nothing but it was fantastic. It came with fried potatoes that were as light as a feather. A delightful restaurant in all respects.
Since we sat on our table we receive the nice and charming Cheff, a woman with an warm welcome. The ditches of the day are astonishing! And don’t toalla about the wine ?.One must come for the next time in Portugal !
A place with a story to tell, you can fell it in the air. Great cuisine alentejana at a fair price. The place looks like it’s usually full at weekends so a reservation might be useful.
