I tried to order the beef 3 cuts but wanted a small variation – 2 cuts of tenderloin and one of striploin instead of one each of ribeye, striploin and tenderloin. It’s a simple request and I’ve done it before, but for some reason the manager on duty (July 14, lunch time) refused. This is poor management and this lack of flexibility can drive customers away from the outlet. The servers were polite and apologetic but their hands were tied because of the manager. Very poor handling of the situation by the manager, and a shame considering the steaks are good and I came from far away just for them

In full honesty, the food is delicious and worth it. Steaks are one of the best i’ve tried for its price, and the Rib eye steak was heavenly. The Caesar salad is tasty and the steak fries are seasoned with peri. However, the lack of staff is a pain for the customers, and i’d wait ages for a simple order as a bottle of water (ordered more than twice). Sometimes they forget my order. Moreover, the staff are always busy although the restaurant is nearly empty, and they get confused whenever a new customer arrives. Furthermore, they ask you to go order on the counter (because they say they’re not allowed to go to your table) but they surprisingly come to the table to serve you (which they also don’t do it all the time, you must help yourself). Also, they always seem to cook the meat well done no matter what I say, but they will gladly change your order (if you’re willing to wait another 20-30 minutes)

Really flavorful and delicious food. We had lamb chops and kota kababs with salads and baked potatoea/fries as sides. The grilled items were marinated/cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of herbs/spices. The fries were especially very different in taste. The service was good and the seating is interesting (it can be difficult to find a good spot to eat if you don’t like bar stools). overall a very pleasant and unexpected treat!
